We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers.

General Information
To ensure proper delivery of your package, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes all relevant information such as:
- Correct street name and number
- Apartment or building number (if applicable)
- Accurate abbreviations
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via G4S or third party courier services. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. We reserve the right to change carriers as needed to meet shipping requirements.
For international shipments, the buyer (consignee) authorizes Rotator to import the goods on their behalf and agrees to pay any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing time, which is separate from the shipping time. Typically, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Once your payment is authorized and verified, your order may still take up to 2 business days to process before it is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
The estimated shipping timelines for processing, transit, and delivery are as follows:
- Nairobi Orders: Generally delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Orders Outside Nairobi: May take 2-4 business days from the shipping date, depending on the selected shipping method and final destination.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping fees will be calculated at the point of checkout and are non-refundable.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Rotator, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims
If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please be aware that claims can take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier.
Rotator does not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, we will ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items to your original payment method.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
To protect our customers, Rotator reserves the right to require a common shipping and billing address if we are unable to process or verify the shipping address provided.
Additionally, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers under the following circumstances:
- Irregular or excessive returns history indicating “wardrobing”
- Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
We also reserve the right to limit or reject returns (both in-store and online) for similar reasons.
